Shipping
In the event that I have not received my order and suspect it may be lost, how can you help?
  • If tracking information is unavailable, we are responsible for either sending you a replacement item or issuing a full refund.
  • If tracking information indicates the parcel is already in transit, we recommend reaching out to your local post office with the provided tracking number for further assistance. Rest assured, we will also contact them on our end and provide you with any updates as soon as possible.
Can I update or modify my shipping address if needed?

Please note that you can only make changes to your shipping address within the first two hours after placing your order.

What is the estimated delivery time for my country?
  • United States: 2-5 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 10-15 business days
  • France: 10-15 business days
  • Norway: 10-15 business days
  • Germany: 10-15 business days
  • Sweden: 10-15 business days
  • Switzerland: 10-15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6-10 business days

Which shipping carrier will be used for my package?

Typically, we use USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail to ship your package.

What is the expected processing time for my order?

Typically, we require approximately 2-3 business days to complete your ready-to-ship order. And 5-7 business days for made-to-order orders.

Where can I locate the tracking number for my order?

You can find your tracking number either in your account details or in the email we sent you after marking your order as shipped. Please check your email inbox or spam folder for further information.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows you to return the product within 14 days of receiving it, except for personalized items which are non-returnable.

What is the time frame for canceling my order before it is shipped?

Typically, you can cancel your order within the first 2 hours after it has been placed.

What are my options if my item is made incorrectly?

Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments made through Credit Card (processed by Shopify), Shop Pay and Paypal.

Will my card or Paypal account be charged monthly?

Currently, we do not offer any subscription service, so there is no need to be concerned about recurring charges. However, if we introduce this service in the future, we will notify you through store notifications and emails.

I have made the payment, but the order status still shows as unpaid. Can you please clarify the status of my payment?

Unfortunately, we don’t have direct control over your payment as it is processed through Shopify or Paypal. If you believe there is an issue with the payment status, we recommend reaching out to PayPal, Shopify, or your bank for further assistance and information.
